Blackbeard’s Two Devil Fruits – Myth & Facts

1.Myth: Blackbeard has a parasitic twin in his belly.

Fact: The reason Marco mentioned an “unusual body type” when speculating how Blackbeard was able to handle two Devil Fruits has yet to be explained.

2.Myth: A person can control only one Devil Fruit of each type, but are not limited to the number.

Fact: It was not clearly explained by Blueno when he said one’s body would destroy itself when one consumes two Devil Fruits. Due to the reactions of the pirates and Marines to Blackbeard’s power usage, this has been proven to be untrue. However, Blackbeard didn’t actually eat two Devil Fruits, but aqquired the power from another person.

3.Myth: Blackbeard will eventually consume a third Devil Fruit of the Zoan type since there are three types of fruits and three skulls on his flag.

Fact: While Blackbeard’s body allows him to control two Devil Fruits, the possibility of him controlling a third has yet to be confirmed since we do not even know why he can control two. It is stated that his crew is now tracking down powerful Devil Fruit users and stealing their abilities, but exactly how the stolen Devil Fruits are used is unrevealed.

4.Myth: Blackbeard has eaten the “Mythical Zoan Type: Cerberus” Devil Fruit, and because a Cerberus is a dog with three heads he’s able to consume two more Devil Fruits. The Cerberus also explains the three skulls in Blackbeard’s jolly roger, why Blackbeard carries three pistols, also how Shanks’ scar, which was given to him by Blackbeard, has three scratches on it, and why Zoro and Luffy referred to Blackbeard as “they” instead of “he” during the Jaya Arc.

Fact: First of all a fruit with such name has never been confirmed or even mentioned, second the reason Blackbeard has three skulls on his jolly roger has never been explained or given any significance, and third Oda has never confirmed any of the “evidence” given in this. Also, the fact Zoro and Luffy referred to him as “they” was that they most likely guessed Blackbeard and the other strange people they had seen were together. It is highly unlikely either Zoro or Luffy could have realized Blackbeard had such an ability, given that he shows no outward signs of any powers, like any other Devil Fruit user. And the reason of Shank’s scar having three scratches was most likely because of Blackbeard’s old weapon was similar to Kuro’s Cat Claws but only with three spike-like blades.

The awaited legendary battle unfolds on SEA!

This is just how I predict the StrawHats VS Blackbeard ultimate battle.

1. Luffy will not mobilize his fleet against Blackbeard. Instead it will be a coincidental meeting (as most theorize) on Raftel’s sea. Instead it will be very similar to the Edd war were Roger and his crew aboard the Oro Jackson fought Shiki’s fleet of 50 ships. This time, the SHs consisting of Luffy and 12 crew members aboard the Sunny against BB’s 10 massive ships.
[IMG]2. The war will not be on an island as usual but will rather finally and epically be true pirate style on sea. Similarly to one of my most favorite fights of the series, Luffy VS Don Krieg, which was entirely on Don’s gigantic wrecked fleet. At first Luffy was jumping from place to place until he found a large surface where he began delivering offense after offense. Even though all the characters abilities will be of such a high caliber, it isn’t impossible seeing as BlackBeard possesses 10 gigantic ships of which “at least” one can accommodate San Juan Wolf. Further on mobility would be a certain quality of the 2 PK level crews.
3. Prior to the final matchups we will first witness probably 2 chapters of some awesome moments including all of Sunny’s (much more advanced) weapons, tag teamwork, destruction caused to a number of BlackBeard’s ships, Nami at BlackBeard’s treasury etc. Then, of course, all the grand scale exchanges will render BlackBeard’s entire fleet’s fodder numbers redundant and that is when all the long awaited final matchups begin.

One Piece「AMV」- Love me to death [HD]

Who wants to know more about them?

The Gorosei (literally meaning “Five Elder Stars”) are the heads of the World Government, and as such, they essentially rule the entire world. They represents one of the biggest enigmas of the series. They have complete control over all government affiliated organizations such as the police, the ten Cipher Pol units, and even the Marines. Their authorities, at a global scale, are second only to that of the World Nobles, also known as the Celestial Dragons.Political powers aside, it is currently unknown how strong each one of the Gorosei are. However, due to their clear muscles and scars, and that one of them is wielding a sword, it would appear that they have some battle experience and fighting capabilities. They have shown to have at least a basic knowledge of the occurrences of the Void Century, according to their shocked reactions to Professor Clover’s statements. They have shown a paranoid fear of someone reviving the ancient weapons, to the point of forbidding its research and ordering the utter destruction of the entire country of Ohara, though given what is known of the Void Century, they may simply be using that as an excuse in order to prevent information they do not want leaked to the public from getting out.
So what do you think will be their role in the series, and what has happened in the past with them?

The possibility for Mihawk to have his own crew – Theory

Okay so we’ve all known and loved Mihawk since the east blue days all the way back in chapter 50. Everytime we see Mihawk he’s been alone except when he didn’t have a choice *cough*Perona*cough*. The man doesn’t seem to like company he enjoyed his alone time. Until right before the time-skip however this has seemed to change. It started with him taking our beloved Roronoa Zoro as his student.

Mihawk taking Zoro as a student seems like a major turning point for Mihawk. It was not only a major development for Zoro but for Mihawk as well. In that brief moment Mihawk went from Lone Wolf to Teacher. His entire lifestyle was changed by Zoro I believe this also has led to a big personality change. No more lone wolf mentality well still a little bit of that lone wolf badassery but it’s changed.

There was one other uninvited guest at Mihawk’s castle the pink haired beauty Perona. She is actually one of the catalyst for this theory. Perona is by far one of the most annoying characters in One Piece. Yet as annoying as she is Mihawk has formed a bond with her. Even after Zoro has left Perona still lives with Mihawk.

I mentioned earlier that Mihawk had a personality change. There is proof of this in the above picture with Mihawk Perona & the humandrills. Notice the humandrills looking so happy in the background as well as helping till the land? Mihawk lived in the castle for years and never did anything with the land and the humandrills feared him. Now they’re friendly and Mihawk is farming the land that is clearly a major change in character and personality. But where does this fit into Mihawk having a crew now? Let’s discuss!

Now Perona was broken up about the news paper saying Moria died at Marine Ford. Mihawk was there and told her the news wasn’t trustworthy giving her hope that Moria is alive. Perona is annoying and persistent so I can totally see her begging Mihawk until he helps to find Moria. We all know he didn’t die at Marine Ford and Mingo didn’t succeed in killing him after.

Oda actually mentioned Absalom in a SBS when talking about Moria’s encounter with Mingo. So we can safely assume Moria disappeared thanks to Absalom’s power.

So my theory is that Perona will beg Mihawk into helping her find Moria. Moria is already with the rest of his crew but Perona being a big baby she will beg Mihawk to stay and tag along. A lot of people believe Mihawk is the strongest Shichibukai and could have reached Yonko level if he only had a crew. I believe Moria’s crew will be his new underlings.

When we think about Oda and the crews he’s made over the years we all notice Oda LOVES THEMES. Moria and his crew have an undead theme as we all know. Mihawk is named and modeled after the King of the undead himself the Vampire Dracula. He travels with a coffin lives in a dark evil looking mansion and his land is covered in death. Moria and Dracule have literally the same exact aesthetic and style. Moria himself looks like an actual vampire if anyone was to be under Mihawk no ones more fitting than Moria and company.

I know that Moria is hot headed and probably wouldn’t want to be under anyone. But Mihawk is different he’s a man that demands respect from all who meet him. Moria is still probably in danger from the government and his best bet would be to join Mihawk for his own goals and safety.

So in summary I believe Mihawk’s time with Zoro and Perona changed him. I think he is someone who’s more likely to be into the idea of having a crew now. Perona’ scare for Moria will lead her and Mihawk to finding and joining him. Mihawk does not take orders though he gives them so they will become his subordinates. This would be a great way to get Mihawk into the New World and back into the story. They all fit together so well stylistically as a crew already.
